What is counselling?

_MG_1045Counselling (or psychotherapy) is a safe space to talk about your feelings and your experiences in a confidential environment and without judgement.  A place where you can reflect and recognise your thoughts and feelings enabling you to identify what may need to change for you to move forward in your life.

It can help give you an increased awareness of yourself and others as we explore what is going on in your life, both from the inside and externally with the many things that might impact upon you from the outside world.

Counselling is not about advising or fixing – it is about discovering and implementing a way forward that works for you.
